Contact Kay Choi Photography

Tell Kay what the photographs need to do and where they are going. That is genuinely the most useful opening message, because it decides everything else — the session type, the location, the number of looks and whether you need less than you were planning to buy.

Everything below goes straight to Kay's inbox. If it is a team or corporate project, a headcount, a location and a rough date are the three things that let a quote come back quickly.

Prefer to talk first?

You do not have to write anything. Book a fifteen-minute phone call and Kay will ring you at the time you choose. It is free, there is nothing to prepare, and it commits you to nothing.

What to include in a first message

None of this is required, and a two-line message is perfectly welcome. But these are the things that turn a first reply into a useful one rather than a list of questions.

  • Where the images will be used. A LinkedIn profile, a firm bio page, a practice website, a press kit, a careers page — each implies a different session.
  • Whether it is one person or several. The answer changes the format, the location and the cost per person substantially.
  • Where you are. Studio, your office, or somewhere else entirely.
  • Any deadline. A launch, a conference, a report, a listing going live.
  • Anything that has gone wrong before. People who dislike being photographed usually have a specific reason, and knowing it changes how the session is run.

If you would rather just book

You do not have to email first. The booking page shows real availability and takes the session directly, and there is a short consultation option if you want to talk it through before committing to a date.

For team and corporate work, a message is usually the better starting point, because the quote depends on headcount, location and how the day needs to be scheduled around your calendars.

Or skip ahead

Real availability, no back-and-forth.

The booking panel shows open times directly. A short consultation slot is there too if you would rather talk first.
