Book a Headshot Session
Every "Book a session" button on this site opens a panel showing real availability. Pick a session, pick a time, and the details arrive in writing before anything is committed — including the session length, the image count, the delivery and the final price.
Which session to choose
There are two, and the difference is how many photographs you leave with rather than how good they are.
The Headshot Session — $200. A 30-minute sitting with two outfit changes, producing one professionally retouched image, delivered within a week. You keep every frame from the session unedited as well, and further retouched images are $50 each. The right choice when the photograph has one job — a profile, a bio page, a directory entry.
The Branding Collection — from $500. A consultation and image board first, then a one-hour session across multiple outfits, backgrounds and compositions, producing ten retouched images prepared for a website, social media, press, marketing and print, with Kay's Personal Branding Guide. Also within a week. The right choice when the photographs have to carry a whole site.
For a team, a department, a firm or a brokerage, do not book here — send a message with a headcount, a location and a rough date, and a quote comes back built around the size and needs of the project.
What happens after you book

Written confirmation
Session length, number of final images, location, editing, delivery, usage and final price — all set down before anything is committed.

Your images, your business
Finished photographs are yours to use for your business — website, LinkedIn, press, print and marketing. Kay keeps the copyright and may show the work in her portfolio.
- 03
Planning
A short conversation about what the images are for and who will see them. Wardrobe guidance comes out of that rather than from a generic checklist.
- 04
The session
In the Naperville studio or at your own workplace, directed throughout, with the images reviewed on screen as you go.
- 05
Retouching and delivery
Your selected frames are professionally retouched and delivered as files prepared for web, LinkedIn and print.
Not ready to pick a date?
There is a short consultation option in the same panel, which exists precisely for this. It is the right starting point if you are not sure which session fits, if the photographs are for something with a deadline attached, or if you have had a bad experience being photographed before and would rather establish how the day will run before committing to it.
You can also just write. A message describing where the images are going will get a straight recommendation back, including when that recommendation is the cheaper session.
